Welcome to the 2023 Baltimore Festival!

The Baltimore Festival Board of Directors is proud to present the 32nd annual Baltimore Festival!

The festival will take place August 3-5, 2023.

We are committed to some great entertainment and music on all three nights. Thursday evening we are highlighting the youth of our community with teen night, and our Baby Pageant will be making its annual return. Our Friday Evening Cruise-in usually features over 100 cars! Saturday morning you can watch the Grand Parade on Market Street, and there will be activities at the festival grounds all day.
